Help In Finding Properties and Brokers

Alicia Blake
Posted

Hello,

I am apart of a group of investors who are looking to invest in properties located in Arizona and Texas. My question to this forum is, where is a good place to find brokers and properties? Also, does anyone have any advice when it comes to contracting brokers?

Thank you

PM'd you @Alicia Blake

Why did you choose the AZ and TX markets? Would be interesting if you wanted to circle back to this post in 3-6 months and share what you found with the group: how does Tucson/Phoenix/Flagstaff stack up against Austin/DFW/Houston, etc as it relates to the goals of your investor group...?

Anyway, welcome to the forums and good luck in finding what you're looking for.
