General Deal Analysis

Hey everyone,

I recently got my brokerage licensing for Illinois and have not yet gotten hired by a brokerage firm (therefore I'm under the assumption I cannot yet access the MLS).

I'm trying to get some experience underwriting and analyzing commercial deals. I've been taking random properties on loopnet and have looked at generate & basic assumptions but am wondering how I can try to get more specific info?

Do I just need to find some broker friends for the time being? Any thoughts/ opinions are welcomed.
