Comparing Online Marking Vendors for Apartment Rentals

I thought I would try to start a discussion where we could compare the results and the experiences of our online marketing vendors, Such as (but not limited to Zillow, Rentpath/Apartment guide, Costar/Apartments.com or even realtor.com all of them. Who is delivering? Who is not worth it? How to manage them? etc.   What is the cost for your market? What is the cost per lease? Quality of the leads? so many things to consider. Love to hear remember thoughts while giving a chance reciprocate information.
