First time MultiFamily home buyers

My husband and I are trying to purchase our first multi family home (which will be our first home) in the Harrisburg/Hershey/Carlisle area. We are trying to look for the perfect lender without them pulling credit score each time. How can we shop for lenders without have our credit take a hit?
