Cash Munlti analyzation
Looking at purchasing a couple of multi families. So basically I have a line of credit, or leverage ,against an existing Stock investment portfolio with Merrill Lynch. So I can pretty much write a check for the purchase price of the property with no loan fees, points, etc.
My question is, with using the BiggerPockets calculator, what would be the best way to analyze a type of deal like this? Enter as a cash purchase or a loan? I will be paying 4.75% interest which is adjustable.
