NY State Multifamily Financing

Based on my initial searching I think the answer is no, but wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything! Has anyone in New York State found a lender who is willing to lend 85 or 90 LTV for multifamily properties? I am looking for a unit upstate this spring/summer.

(I currently have one rental property).

Thanks in advance for any help/thoughts y'all can offer me.
