Hello everyone - first post

I’m looking to buy a single family home with an auxiliary dwelling unit (adu) to help pay the mortgage. I’ll live in the house and rent out the adu. Does anyone have a good way to search for this type of property? I’ve been looking at Redfin, zillow,LoopNet, craigslist and my agent emails me mls listings. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Hey David

Theyre loosening up the rules on ADU's in Santa Cruz city so most properties will qualify now on lot size..parking..etc.. so check on the latest rules, but it sounds like you've got your property search handled. Good luck
