Would You do 3D Renderings For Luxury Rental Building?

Hello BP,

I am in a gut rehab project for a 3 unit building.  I am keeping as a luxury rental building. The building rent is about 10k and the renderings will cost about 3k.  If I was to do a condo conversation I would do 3D renderings showing all the rooms and what the place would like furnished.  Would you do the 3D renderings for rental?
