Seeking financing
So I have a unique opportunity that I would like to turn into a business. I'm US military and am interested in acquiring long term du/fourplexes to rent out near military installations.
My biggest obstacle I forsee is financing. It's currently not possible for me to do an owner occupied loan and I don't have much cash to put down. I have an excellent credit score - 760.
What are my options outside of owner occupied FHA loans that would give close to 100% financing. Loan amount would be approx $175k-$200k at 30 yrs fixed rate.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
