FHA loan for quadplex

Hi everyone, we are looking at leaving our single family home and renting it out and going into a quadplex somewhere in the DFW region. Does anyone have any recent experience in qualifying for a FHA loan? I hear they also offer rehab cost loans? I've got an excellent credit score and solid income so looking at getting some momentum through this type of deal. Any advise would be appreciated! Thanks, Andrew
