Bigger pockets tenant screening tool-Have you used it?

I was looking at the tool today in the newsletter.

It appears it uses Trans Union.The price I don't have an issue with.Where I live in Georgia Equifax is bigger.So for a tenant I would want all 3 credit reporting agencies in the report so that I see all the credit.

If it's just Trans Union some bad info on a tenant could be missed.Does this service provide all 3 reports or just Trans Union.I know you can go to either 3 websites Equifax,Experian,or Trans Union and order all 3 reports for yourself as a package.
