Hiring someone to oversee property management companies
Has anyone hired a person or company to oversee the other property management companies? Another way to say it is having someone manage the managers. I have a couple different property management companies that do the property management, but im still spending a fair amount of time reviewing monthly statements, figuring if their numbers are correct, making sure i received the rent i was supposed to, making sure they are properly managing the properties. I would like to get more removed from this, which will allow me more free time, and also to expand. Are there any professional companies that do this? Or would i need to hire someone with property management experience and maybe accounting experience to have them do it?
