First and foremost thank you to all for spreading out the wealth of knowledge here at BP. I am looking for a 5 units multi family investment property in Houston, TX. If anyone is familiar with rental investment in Houston market please share your knowledge regarding desirable/non-desirable area in town for rental investment.
