Management in 20+ multi family

Hello,

Me and my group considering our first purchase for a multi-family unit in Orlando, Fl.

The property is a 17 unit property, the units are 100% occupied and produce 150K a year in rent.

My question is what should I expect in management fees? is there renewal fees as well?

currently, i have large proptfolio of resedential rentals and would love my current management to stay for the multi-family, just in the right price.

Feel free to request any other relevant information, thank you for the help!
