Walking my first house, things to look for.
Hello everyone,
Happy Saturday to you all! Tomorrow I will be doing my first walk through of a potential rental property, so exciting!
So many questions come to mind:
1)What are some things I should definitely be looking for?
2)What are the things that new investors tend to over look?
3)I know I dont want to deal with foundation, roof, major electrical or plumbing, but should anything else be added to my NO DEAL list?
4)How to tell is the foundation has problems?
5)Is mold hard to deal with?
Thanks in advance for your time and expertise!
