Buying 1st rehab small multi family in cash

It needs middle-level rehab for 1 month.. Will create new LLC to buy to minimize risks. Will fund all with cash. Plan to refinance after rehab is done and all units are rented.

What shall I know along the way?       Lawyer shall take care of all (llc, title, c/o), right?
