RE license just for personal use
Is it possible to get a license solely for personal use? The fees and work to get a license isn’t a huge deal, but would any brokerage allow this? My only holdup would be finding a brokerage firm to work under...
I’m mainly interested so I can spend MY time looking for property. I often times look at 25+ properties until I find one that makes sense, and this is a pain for RE agents. If I did this myself and submitted offers that I’m comfortable with, I’d have the control that is beneficial.
