Real Estate License for Investing?

Hi MF forum! I am just starting out and debating if getting my real estate license makes sense if I want to get into MF investing? My thoughts are that I would get access to more deals and brokers. Further, I would then hang my license with a commercial brokerage form so I can use there tools to find deals. Am I on the right path here? Thanks for all replies!
