Finding deals to analyze

Hey Biggerpockets. I am in the Multi-family game but really new. I have made a post earlier in the week and a lot of good feedback from it. I am looking to educate myself very well before buying apartments and i need deals to take a look at and analyze. I am wondering how do brokers feel about sending deals to new investors? Are there any brokers here that don't mind sending me deals? if so, i would love to connect. Thanks

@Kenny Kamdoum just go on zillow for small multi's or on loopnet for big ones. Loopnet sometimes has everything you need to run numbers for current performance. or you can figure out what rents and costs should actually be and run numbers that way. which is what you will be doing when it comes to actually buying one.
