Best place to buy a Replacemet pool fence / gate in our Apartment

Hey Bigger Pockets Family!  We are getting bids to replace our fence around the pool and a gate in our Apartment Complex in Texas.  The bid for just the Gate Opener with key cards was $15,000.  Any advise on where to find a more economical, but safe pool gate system.  Thanks in advance.
