Insurance dragging their feet!!!!!! >:-(

So, I’ve posted before about the leak out the the A/C that resulted in water damage under the laminate flooring that also then resulted in mold.... I had put in a claim like in October and they don’t get a adjuster/inspector out until the end of December 27....

The adjuster was suppose to call me to update me on what the deal was.... NEVER called me... I have been trying to reach out I’ve left countless of voicemails and NOTHING... this guy is unreachable....

I finally received a call from him last Friday and he tells me that they are going to issue me a check for the water mitigation that was already done because I didn’t want the damage/mold to worsen....

They send me a check for 9k but the costs are 16k...

He was supposed to call me back by the end of that day to let me know about the a actual mold removal...

NEVER called... just as I thought he wouldn’t...

It’s been a week, now going on the second and I still haven’t heard from him.... I know he’s playing games with me and I’m fed tf up.... what can I do to get these people going?

I got my contractor trying to reach him, as well as my insurance agent and it’s like it’s freaking impossible to get this man to respond.... I need to get this thing rented out again and they are just taking their sweet *** time I’m ready to go to war right now......

Let me know what your thoughts are and maybe give me some tips on what I can do to get them moving...
