New Investor in Gainesville
Hello everyone! I was curious about some of the pitfalls I need to pay attention to when purchasing condo's/apartments/townhomes. Especially when dealing with the apartment complex that manages the unit. I am purchasing in the Gainesville, FL (college town) market if anyone has any local experience. Thanks!
