Searching for a commercial Alabama Lease and application

I recently purchased a 41 unit apartment complex, the lease, rules and regulations, and application are from probably 20 years ago and haven't been updated. I'm searching for something with a good amount of legal coverage. Any help is appreciated, even if it's just pointing me in the right direction. Thank you!
