@Beckham Cummings Hey there is a whole section of BP devoted to finding groups of like-minded investors. Go to BiggerPockets.com/events and look for something near you. If you can't find one go to Meetup.com and look for something around there. I'd attend as many meetups as you can and start to meet new people.
