Submitting an offer on a multi-property portfolio
Hi guys, I'm working on a deal that's quite a bit larger than I would normally consider, it's a multi-home opportunity, and I want to submit an offer letter, I however can't list all of the addresses or submit them individually or anything of that nature at this time because the information is private. Before they will give me more information on the specific properties, and the other information required they require an offer letter / letter of intent.
I don't believe that financing this type of deal will be a huge problem, but obviously my lender wants more info before we can proceed with funding. Any thoughts on creating an offer letter, specifically one that we can back out of with little consequence if it seems that their numbers don't look right, or if my lender decides to pass?
