Hi everyone,

Looking for advice on what I need to make sure is covered in a multifamily insurance policy.  I am sure that just a standard policy would be pretty risky, is there anything I should be aware of or make sure I add to the policy?  We look for B-C value add 1960's or newer in Arizona just in case.
