Referrals for lenders, agents, investors in TX & FL

Greetings BP,

I am an aspiring commercial multifamily investor. I have not completed any deals, so one major setback is my lack of experience. As we speak I am educating myself with books, networking and looking at deals religiously. I am 21 and own a medical company in South Florida. I would like to acquire 50+ units in class A, B, or C properties.

I am looking to assemble teams to invest in commercial multi-family in Texas, North & Central Florida and was hoping to get some referrals. Does anyone have recommendations for those areas? Thank you in advance,

Looking for:

1.) RE agents, specializing in commercial multifamily in those areas

2.) investors, looking for partnerships to grow their portfolio.

3.) Inspectors, looking for someone who's experienced with commercial multi-family.

4.) Commercial lenders

5.) Property management

6.) RE attorney

Jordan R
