Insurance Emergency

Hello Everyone,

I posted on this in another thread but now I have a new problem related to my insurance...

I have had to delay closing becuase the lender has rejected my insurance coverage. I am purchaseing a 4-unit building with a 203k loan and will be replacing the roof, windows, adding gutters right after closing. I need:

1. Residential Policy

2. Replacement Cost Loan

If you or anyone you know can do this for me in a day or two please let me know asap. Everything is located in MN. I never thought this would be the hard part....

Thanks in advance,
Phil
