I need some guidance to help me get into real estate

I’m 21. I currently do not have my real estate license although when I find a job doing something with real estate, I will get my license. Because I do not have any experience in this field means who ever puts the time and effort to guide me, will be able to mold me into a successful real estate agent. I will not waste your time.
