Best type of financing for a 5-unit converted home

Hi out there, can you share your expertise about what type of financing would best suit this purchase:

-Older home, now zoned commercial

-Divided into 5 apartments many years ago

-Nearly all the apartments need some renovation

My purpose is to buy, renovate and keep as apartments, hold (rent out).

TIA for sharing your lending expertise & experience.
