Multiunit property w/1 acre in back...what should I do with it?
We recently purchased a 6 unit complex in a rural and desireable area with an acre of land in the back which is not being used for anything. My husband has a good team of construction vendors that he networks with and he is handy with the tractor, etc. and I'm trying to come up with a development plan which will allow us to utilize that acre to generate additional cash flow. Would it be a good idea to put in mobile homes (assuming that we could get approval from the township), put in storage spaces that could be rented out or to build additional rental/condo units?
Any ideas on how to unleash some value here would be great! Thanks!
