Has anyone had/ having success with rental properties in the copperas cove/Killeen/ Harker Heights areas.

I am new to the area and trying to figure out if anyone has had success with properties in this area?

If so or if you are just another investor in the area like me, maybe we can get together over some coffee and i can pick your brain a bit.

A bit about me I am currently looking for my first investment. Interested in condos/multifamily homes.

So I am not a seasoned REI at all.

Thank you for your time

Hi Greg.  Just came across your post.  I bought a 4-plex in Cove in August.  I'm operating at a 14.6% cap rate and 23% cash-on-cash.  Its not a great appreciation play, but if you're looking for good cash flow and returns, Cove is a winner.
