Water Sub Metering for tennants in multi-family
Good afternoon everyone. I had heard on one of the recent podcasts about an opportunity to sub-meter water/sewar in multi-family eaisly. If anyone recalls the name of the company selling this product, I have been running into a number of deals in my market that is sub-metered except for water and sewar.
Much appreicated!!!
