Living Estate Deed vs. Guarantor on the mortgage
Need some advice on a Living Estate Deed. I am co-contributing money for a house down payment with relatives in their 70’s. No other family heirs for them. My in-laws will are making mortgage payments. When my in-laws pass away my wife and I will inherit the house. Good location, college town. Will convert to a rental.
