Dormitory apartment experience
Hello!
I’m new to this community and I’m excited about the networking opportunity. I’ve been investing in slow flips with my general contractor partner for the last four years. We’re ready to get started investing in multi-family apartments and noticed some interesting dormitory opportunities. Does anyone have any (good or bad) experience with these?
