Hey BP What are the best Investment Strategies to use when dealing with Bank owned Properties (Multi Fam or Residential) and or 3rd parties Is there any Profits dealing with them or is it even worth it I see a lot of people searching for pre foreclosures to wholesale fix & flip I was wondering if there was any profit trying to work with bank owned properties or properties with 3rd parties.
