I am a multifamily investor from LA and will be in the Phoenix area on 26th and 27th and looking to network with like-minded folks in commercial real estate. If you're open to discussing local trends in commercial real estate, lending practices, rate hikes and it affects on rents, or heck... maybe even put a deal together.
