Flood Zone an issue for financing?

My partner and I are considering a 9 Unit in a flood zone. Aside from the cost of extra insurance, what can we expect for cost increase on the loan side? Will many banks not touch the property because of the flood zone or just charge a higher rate?

Thanks for your help BP folks!

Rick
