Our team was able to go and acquire capital commitments for $10MM  We are aggressively ramping up our acquisitions in the multifamily space - particularly Class C & B apartment communities with a value add component. Property manager MUST have repositioning experience dealing with Class C & B communities. Our market is in Florida. Concentrating on a few counties at the moment.
