Multi-plex new construction

Hi all! Fairly new here. Background short and sweet I just moved to the Seattle area from Phoenix where my first home purchase is currently being rented. I'm looking to get into a multi family home here as a way of house hacking, so I can use my daily job money to fund long distance BRRRRs. I'm specifically looking for at least 3 one bedroom unit with a bit of land. I can't seem to find anything listed on the usual apps that would meet my needs. Also I've been through the new construction process with my first home, I've been in construction for 12 years now. I'm not opposed to getting a new build going. I have a floor plan in mind and an area I think would be great. I guess my main question here is if anyone in the Seattle area has any suggestions that might guide me in the right direction. Does anyone know an average price per square foot in the North Seattle area for a new build? And recommendations on contractors? Lenders that are good in this area? Thank you to everyone in advance!
