Looking to branch into syndication

Hi Guys! My name is Mel, I'm a realtor in Orange County. I'm very experienced with Real Estate transactions on the residential side, closed over 35M in the past 2 years. I'm still pretty young, 25.. and am looking to branch into real estate investing, specifically.. syndication. I've been reading up on the terms/definitons and formulas and have memorized a good majority of the basics. I figured I should buy a Quad-Plex to have proof of concept to potential investors so I can go into larger deals.

I would like to take it a step further and see if anyone knows of a good syndicator/ etc or source. Any suggestions? Would love to connect and see how I can be of value. thanks everyone!
