Hi All,

Apart from education, mentor programs, theory etc, what should be the action plan to really get started and have real time understanding and education on how things work. Finding the team, brokers, lenders, investors, reading the deals, numbers, due diligence etc.

Thanks

Chai

@Chai Jonn - You got it pretty much right. Get all your ducks in a row with finding the team. I'd get your lenders, investors, partners, etc. lined up and then start reaching out to brokers to find a deal.

@Ellis Hammond also nailed it on the head with finding a mentor. This is the best way to start.
