Cell Tower drama .. what would you do?

A cell tower company has claimed the rights to 100% of the income on space leased at my property. I believe this to be false. I am on a tight budget and am brain stormIng. Documents provided are questionable. Matter arose after the passing of late husband - my name is not on any of the questIonable docs although some are dated as beIng signed during my marriage to my late husband. Biggest challenge has been financing the approach to this matter
