Direct Mail Letter to Multi-Family Owners

Can anyone suggest a source or share sample direct mail letters I can use with property owners.  I vaguely remember "may be heard" Brandon saying he had some on the site.  The one under the files/letters is too specific and residential oriented.  All I know about my targets is the city the property is in.  Appreciate any help you can generously provide.  Thanks.

@Michael V Akbar I gusset you draft professional looking letter, (not yellow letter) and have something along the lines of:

"Hi my name is ..... Im a local investor looking to grow my portfolio and i found your building at xyz interesting.

etc etc
