Non conforming MHP pads
I am looking at a MHP that recently learned via a survey that if any of the homes are replaced, all the pads on that road must be conforming. My understanding is that the pads must be set back further from the street which will require modifications to the utility hook-ups, etc. Has anyone ever encountered this and have a wild idea what that would cost per pad? Thanks
