Multi family cash out refi
Last year I purchased a 21 unit complex and we have just about got the property stable. I believe we have created some equity through this process. I want to do a cash out refi to purchase another property and put some cash back in my pocket. I’m unsure of the process with multi does anyone have any advice?

Do you have an existing loan? You should be able to do a cash out refi if you have increased the value-have you? Go through the underwriting like a commercial Appraisor would and see is my advice!
