Finding 200+ Door Apartment Complexes For Sale

I'm a residential real estate broker looking for ways to find 200+ door apartment complexes for investors. I can't afford Co-Star and none of the apartment complex sales I have seen happen ever came up on the MLS. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

One of the best ways is to do a direct mail campaign to multifamily owners in your area.

You can hire a VA from upwork.com and pay about $200 to get a list created which would include the property data from apartments.com as well as cross referencing them from the county tax websites.

I did this in one market and received over 2,700 leads.

Send me a message if you want the name of that VA from upwork as they will know how to do what I am talking about.
