Rehab Cost Estimation

Hi there BP,

I am trying to model the costs of some CapEx for a ~160 unit deal I am currently underwriting and could use some advice to help me ballpark the figures. I am considering additions such as an outdoor grilling area, dog park, and/or kid's playground. I know it varies greatly but if anyone who has done something similar could give me a little bit to work with, that would be great!

Thanks in advance - Jake
