Reduce Payroll Cost Using Property Management Software

Good Morning BP Family,

I'm trying to see if there is a way to figure out which PMs leverage technology/software (appfolio, buildium, propertyware, Tenant Cloud,...) to reduce or eliminate the Payroll cost for multi family apartment buildings (16 to 100 units). Currently I have to figure this out by interviewing each PMs that I find through my brokers.  Not sure if there is a better way out their to maybe buy the list from one of these software companies?

Also if you do know of any PMs that use the above or something similar in (Indianapolis IN, Atlanta GA or Houston TX Market) I would really appreciate it if you can give me some suggestions.

Thank you,
