@Yitz Frankforter I would focus on meeting local folks at REIA groups. I have met a lot of my clients at the Berwyn real estate meetup group that I go to monthly. Although BP can be great for this as well, you will often times find the best connections to be the ones you build locally. You could also reach out to some folks using a BP zip code search.
